The Continental Village Apartments is the place I call home. I have lived here nearly 15 years. I couldn’t ask for a better landlord, management assistants and or maintenance crew. The neighbors are all so pleasant. The apartment complex is very well maintained, inside and out. Security for myself, my teen age daughter and later my grandson has never been a concern. Although I have my own washer and dryer, the cleanliness of the laundry room is one you wouldn’t question about using. The pool is well maintained with the water being that perfect blue. If you’re looking for a place that is nearly perfect with all its pleasantries, The Continental Village Apartments is a place for you. As I told Linda when I was looking for an apartment, I was looking for a place that was just peaceful, and I thank God, he surely blessed me. Thank you, Linda!

Let us start by saying how thankful we are for this little piece of paradise! This is our 2 year anniversary here. We are so happy with the convenience of being located just down the street from Walt Mart and a variety of eating places. The manager is one of a kind. Linda always greets us with uplifting and caring concerns. She has such a positive outlook on life. It is quiet and peaceful.

I have been living here for a couple years and many of the tenants have lived here a very long time which tells me they please with the place. All the residents are very friendly. The property is well maintained and kept clean. The prices are very reasonable. I feel very safe in this gated community. I have only experienced one maintenance’s issue, my AC went down on a hot summer day and Linda responded a repairman showed up in thirty minutes and had it cooling down in 10 minutes.

I have lived in Continental Village Apartments for over 1 1/2 years and am very pleased with the accommodations. it is a gated community with the entire complex well lit at night; I feel very safe at all times. There are varying ages living here and all are friendly and compatible. I love the atmosphere and highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a stable living environment.

If you are looking for a place to lay your head feeling safe and secure look no further. I Have lived here for almost 3 years and the people here are not just my neighbors they are my family. Definitely a place where I can say excellence and convenience meet. The property is always pristine. Mrs. Linda genuinely cares about not just the property but also the people. On rare occasions something needing fixed is done quickly and by people that do it properly. Covered parking, gated, community, and let’s not forget the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close to everything. Have been a resident for 4-5 years now, and many of the tenants have been here much longer. All of the residents are friendly and nice. The property is always clean, well maintained, and continually updated. Linda, the owner, is very involved with the property and always just a text or phone call away, and quick to fix things should the rare problem arise.

Complex is fairly quiet, with people of all walks of life and professions living here. The pool is always a quiet spot to relax and unwind.

The landscaping is well taken care of and kept up. It’s gated, secure, and I never worry about the safety of my apt or cars. My past and present career has taken me to every apartment complex in the area, and I can honestly say you won’t find better place to rent and live.

It’s easy to see why so many people move here and stay.

I stayed in there furnished apartment for little over a year. It was awesome there. I brought my daughter down to stay for about a month and she loved it. Linda and Vicki are two of the finest lady’s I have ever met. Be ready it sounds like I will be back this year. I’m bringing the whole family with me. Miss y’all. See ya soon.

I have called this home for 26 years. I love it here. It just has a homey feel not just an apt. Tenants say they dont want to live anywhere else. Townhouse is just like a small house. Safe Quiet Clean. Linda runs a tight ship!

I work in the solar industry and move around the country about every year. This is the finest place I have ever lived. The Continental Village is a top-notch community and they have earned my full-hearted endorsement. I’m proud to know Linda Kilgore and hope that anyone reading this review has the pleasure of meeting her and living in her fine establishment. I wrote a lot more in this review but went way over the character limit.

My husband and I needed a furnished apartment for the summer and Continental Village worked out perfectly for us! It was clean, quiet, secure, and very professionally managed. Linda and Vikki take great care of their tenants as well as the property. I especially enjoyed spending time in the gazebo. Continental Village is conveniently located close (but not too close!) to businesses, great restaurants, PJC, etc. We feel very fortunate to have found such a perfect home for the summer!
